Our project
The LEST scientific project aims to analyse the contemporary changes in work and organisations against a backdrop of economic, social, technological and environmental change.
In particular, the laboratory studies the developments in the labour markets, the professional and international mobility, the organisational restructuring, as well as the forms of regulation of labour and public policy.
This research is based on an approach interdisciplinary, which enables us to bring together perspectives from different social sciences in order to gain a better understanding of the social dynamics at work.
LEST’s scientific programme is structured around three areas of research who organise the laboratory’s scientific collaborations.

- RINOREP Research Area – Risks, Standards, Industrial Relations
