Ariel Mendez

Ariel Mendez is a University Professor of Management Sciences at Aix-Marseille University, in the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEG). She is currently Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of the Law, Economics and Management sector at Aix-Marseille University. She headed the LEST from 2008 to 2017, and subsequently served as Deputy Director in charge of research at the Aix-Marseille Institute for Creativity and Innovation (InCIAM) from 2019 to 2025. Her main research interests focus on innovation management, creativity, technological and social innovation clusters, organisational dynamics and process analysis. She is co-coordinator of the Research, Studies, Organisational Consultancy, Labour and Human Resources specialisation within the Human Resources Management programme at the FEG.
