Christophe Baret is a Professor of Business and Management Sciences at Aix-Marseille University, Faculty of Economics and Management. He co-directs the DESU Manager, a private-sector healthcare service. His research focuses on human resource management practices and change management in healthcare and medico-social organisations. In particular, he has explored issues such as the prevention of psychosocial risks, recognition in the workplace and the attractiveness of jobs, amongst others. He is a member of the Francophone Association for Human Resource Management (AGRH) and Vice-President of the Association for Applied Research in the Management of Healthcare Organisations (ARAMOS).
