Claudie Riberolles is a postdoctoral researcher at the CNRS.
She holds a PhD in Management and Business Sciences and is a social, occupational and organisational psychologist. Her thesis, defended in 2024 at Aix-Marseille University within the Laboratory of Labour Economics and Sociology (LEST-CNRS), focused on the experience of remote working in public hospitals and its effects on the occupational health of hospital administrative staff. Since 2024, she has been involved in the ANR PanelVico project (anr.fr/ANR-Project-22-CE41-0019), which focused on analysing the long-term social consequences of the Covid-19 health crisis, and during which she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the CNRS.
Her research focuses primarily on occupational health, changes in the world of work, work collectives, and organisational and managerial practices. This research has resulted in several publications in academic journals and edited volumes, as well as papers presented at national and international conferences
