I hold a PhD in Economics and spent three years as a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the University of Manchester, during which time I took part in several European research projects before joining Céreq in January 2005. Within the Department of Entry into Working Life, my work focused on the integration of young people into the labour market, training and employment policies, and corporate recruitment practices. I then spent six years on secondment as a project manager in the «Research and Forecasting» department of the PACA Regional Council. On my return to Céreq in 2018, I took charge of the Labour, Employment and Professional Development department to launch research into changes in employment and skills in the context of the ecological transition. I then led the SPEPE research project carried out as part of the evaluation of the «Zero Long-Term Unemployment Territories» (TZCLD) pilot scheme for the DARES Scientific Committee.
My appointment at LEST as a researcher at the Céreq Regional Associated Centre, effective from January 2026, is intended to further these areas of research by joining the team working on the European WISESHIFT research project, coordinated by Francesca Petrella, which focuses on the implementation of the social and ecological transition by social integration enterprises.
