Nicolas Escoubas

I am currently in my second year of a PhD in management sciences; my thesis focuses on coordination from the perspective of practices within multi-team systems. I am conducting this research under a CIFRE contract at the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area.

I hold a Master 2 in Human Resource Management (HRM), specialising in organisation and research (OTRH), and my academic career has developed gradually within the field of management studies. Although I originally qualified with a technological A-level, I initially turned towards logistics by studying for a DUT in Logistics and Transport Management, which gave me an initial broad overview of management sciences and sparked a particular interest in human resources management and organisational theory. I then progressed to the third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, before specialising in a Master’s 1 in HRM and subsequently a Master’s 2 in OTRH, focused on scientific research and organisational consultancy. It was this growing interest in research that naturally led me towards a PhD programme.
