Vincent Pradier Goeting

Vincent Pradier Goeting holds a PhD from the IAE at the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Aix-Marseille. Having worked for several French NGOs for around a dozen years, notably in management roles, since 2020, through his PhD research (conducted under a CIFRE contract at Coordination SUD), he has been exploring the impact of ecological transition challenges on NGO management, from a decolonial perspective. He is working on three areas of research: management tools; the management of the ecological transition by organisations in the social and solidarity economy (SSE), particularly non-governmental organisations (NGOs); and the relationship between decolonial approaches and management sciences, particularly critical management studies.
